12 Months of Support

We don't disappear when the 90 days end. Our support structure follows every participant for a full year.

Intake & Assessment
Days 1–30 · Month 1
Application reviewed, intake call scheduled, track selected, and personalized 90-day plan built. Workforce funding enrollment initiated for eligible participants.

Skills Development
Days 31–60 · Month 2
Core modules delivered in person, virtually, or both. Resume built, mock interviews conducted, business structure established or job search activated. Weekly coach touchpoints.

Launch Preparation
Days 61–90 · Month 3
Final preparation for employment or business launch. Applications submitted, business registered, funding applications initiated, 90-day review completed.

Monthly Check-Ins
Months 4–12 · 9 Months of Follow-Up
One scheduled monthly check-in call every month for 9 months after program completion. Progress tracked, obstacles addressed, new resources connected. Emergency support available between check-ins.
